By serving featured products, they provide their customers or themselves with a high quality dining experience and invaluable information.

In effect, there is a nexus that makes the consumers of greater Westerly and eastern Connecticut members of a much larger community growing the seeds of change. Everybody in this supply chain, consumers included, is helping to deliver a public good and diminishing the occurrence of public bads (externalities like environmental degradation, dietary illnesses, inhumane treatment of animals, etc.)
